GameStop Sucks

GameStop sucks, I used to be a pro member but I didn't renew my membership and why is that? Well I didn't need it to have the membership it costs $15 which ain't bad and plus u get $5 a month but it doesn't stack it just stays there if u don't use it all u will ever have is $5 which is dumb and also the points I earned from buying things which again I earned and now that my membership was finished which was a month ago I can't use my well earned points unless I keep my membership, get the hell out of here those are my damn points I should be able to use them to redeem discounts on games and now I can't I'm not in GameStop on a daily bases or buying and buying I have bills and things to do but when a game comes out that I'm interested in I can't use my earned points $#*! off gamestop!

They are horrible in every category

I’ve ordered from them 3 times now and third time was not the charm. I’ve had nothing but issue from them. Customer service is horrible along with the product. I’ve ordered 2 PS and 1 Xbox from them all bought as “New” and 1 ps and Xbox didn’t even work when I got them. The 1 PS that did work took over 2 1/2 weeks to get to me and the whole time after paying they told me “there was a problem with my payment” even tho there wasn’t and their customers service never responded to any of my emails thru the whole 2 1/2 weeks.

Great service

Great service, fast turnaround, fast shipping. Good prices on used games that are in excellent condition - bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Subnautica online and had them in hand in two days.

Literally called an hour before closing…

Literally called an hour before closing after finding out they closed early called in and the person who answered Stephen not only sounded anything but professional it honestly felt as if he was rushing us off the phone. I asked if they were closed and his response was technically we are now and it’s not like we were going in with a crazy request I had just gotten off work and I wanted to go buy my gf a series s.. their website and store hours on the door says they closed an hour after I got there which was 7:30 8:00 I ended up buying it off Amazon because I didn’t wanna go back in a very patient person but I stopped going to GameStop because of people like that… I hope they can fix their staff and maybe even their prices will not be going back to this specific location at all and any other for a while!

Ordered a gaming laptop through their…

Ordered a gaming laptop through their online service. Never received the laptop and is a nightmare trying to get in touch with customer service. Would not recommend anyone using their online service cause it's trash. Shouldn't be this hard to contact customer support to get info on an order.

Customer service is a joke you'll wait…

Customer service is a joke you'll wait on hold for hours for them to have no solutions my orders are pending for weeks when it's supposed to be three day shipping. My return as been lost for month... they tell me to call the store to track down my item that's already been returned. Gamestop is a joke nowadays.

No customer service

Have tried to get ahold of someone from customer service for few weeks now and can't get anyone on the phone there is no chat and I received an email back little more than a week later for them to tell me that the refund that I was looking for was already put back onto my GameStop card. I pulled up the transaction history for the card and screenshot it to show the money was never refunded and can't get any response. This is horrible customer service and theft

The Worst Customer Service

Awful customer service, the worst of the worst. You will be put on hold when you call them up to 3 hours plus and then when you finally get through, they won't know how to fix your issue or give you any advice except try making more accounts which makes no sense. And if your card is flagged for suspicious activity they cannot un flag it so you can no longer use that payment method. Garbage to say the least.

How do I reach a human? Is there a different number? 4+ hours of hold time for five different days just doesn't sound right. Haven't been able to reach customer service in weeks via phone call or email. I've emailed about 8 times with just the auto response and nothing afterwards. It's obnoxious and the most miserable customer service I've ever heard of. Worse than Comcast, who knew it could get worse.
